I bet that most people in the world have gone Googling to check the symptoms (or if something wrong is happening in their body) they have on their bodies. Don't ever try to those who have never tried it. Trust me. It just escalates your anxiety. However, the idea of using ChatGPT to interpret your medical results is quite intriguing, isn't it? As I explained in the previous journal, a few months ago, I had allergic issues, and I did a blood test to find out what had actually happened in my body. So, yes, the result was there, but sadly, the doctor didn't explain the numbers and the definition that came from the result in detail. She only told me that I had a deficit in vitamin D and low immunity, which was the main reason why I got this allergic thing. But, just in case you are wondering to re-read the result again, it's not a sin to ask the ChatGPT. (Again, at the end of the day, it's better to ask for the expert) The interesting part is that, somehow, I think the interpretation issued by this AI was quite accurate (at least for me). Based on this result, it knows which problems I actually have. But don't forget on the last paragraph it stressed to important to consult with the expert. So again, don't rely fully upon this AI.

I just woke up like 20 minutes ago, I think. So, rather than only strolling around looking for people’s lives on social media, I wrote something for this journal instead. Well, the most highlighted I can share so far is about my health issue that started back in February. Every night, along with my sleep deprivation problem (caused mainly by bad management in time and phone scrolling), I had these hives emerge on my skin, which usually happened in my thighs (calves as well) and arms. It's not too itchy, but it's obviously quite annoying me. It has happened every day since then, and I feel like a werewolf (no full moon needed). Right after or above 2-3 AM, if I'm still awake, t hese things gonna come on my skin. Some said that it was caused by stress(es), which I agreed, considering too many fucks that I’ve been giving in my life, be it about job (its security, performance, career), how to deal with team member in the office, how to achieve all the dreams that still stay as dreams while others can (thnx for ig posts and stories 😂) etc. Even a stray cat left alone on the street became my concern; plus, both of the president's sons "managed" their way to the electoral vote this year (one as vice president, and he made it. and the other will go for the Jakarta governor election) 😝. Since this “biduran” kept happening, I decided to check it at a hospital. To the immunology department, to be precise. And here are, roughly, what the doctor said to me: 1. Don’t get stressed too much. It can affect to your immune system. 2. No more lack of sleep. It does have the same effect to your immune. Start to manage it better. 3. Start to wake up in the morning and get out. Have more sun bath. (I need lot of vitamin D) 4. Avoid “makanan tepung-tepungan” like forever. 😭 So, for those who have a same issue like me, you better try to do these four things. Trust me, these work. (although, the 1 and 2 are hard to do.) |
